As suggested I attempted Karazhan. After going through the entire raid, I realized that I am going to need to make another healer so I have 3 in fights. I did not have any problem OTing with my DK and MTing with my pally while DPSing. I definetly have to focus on every encounter but it is doable.

I am most likely going to change my group composition as it doesn't seem as tremor totem affects the entire raid, just particular groups. I did manage to get a few upgrades while running through the instance, I'll have to try it again at a later time.
