G15 and French Layout

I use a Logitech G15 and I used to be able to map 1 to 0 when I was using Vista. Now that I moved to Win7 (don't really know if this is the problem or not) There is no way I can map them.

Here's what happens:

The 1-0 in the French keyboard are achieved by SHIFT+Key and not directly as per the qwerty.
So, this is what I tried to map in the G Keys:

Just press the key (it works good with the x-keys) but it gets the non shifted character;
Press SHIFT+Key (it displays SHIFT+1 for example but not 1) and then, ingame it doesn't work;
Write 1 in notepad, copy/paste it and doesn't work.

Anyone can help on this please?

There is a setting in windows (or a plugin) where you can make the 1-0 behave like a querty keyboard. I don't remember the name, but I've seen it before at a friend (using an azerty keyboard myself).
