With flying at 60, Outlands is very quick. I averaged 2 levels per zone, each zone took about 90min with flying about 3h w/o. Instances added more time as well, but worth it for the drops and quest rewards. Also the instance runs were the only parts that put a dent in the massive amount of rested xp due to my play schedule. This is alliance only as well.
