all quests @ hellfire pensula -> all quests in that swamp area -> all quests in nagrand -> netherstorm till 68 .. doable over a weekend (20h without heirlooms ) ... u could do the instance grind too .. but its boring as hell .. the npcs send u from one quest hub to the next anyways .. so install quest helper , buy beer and get into the questing groove .
best plan would be to build mixed teams (tank+3dd+heal) if u are 5 boxing and did the "normal" one class a time thing till 60... the instance quests help massive in bc(well only two real bad quest in the swamps wich dosnt have follows-> the collect electro eel flesh and wasp wings ones)/northend to skip some really bad questchains/zones and its a much better idea to test/bugfix your macros/ui while fighting nonelite mobs then doing it in bgs/heroic instances.
