Innerspace/Jamba strobing

I mostly set up my innerspace/isboxer from Zanthor's guide.

I've come up with an issue, I've set it up that when I change window, I press another button which changes the leader using the following macro

/jamba setmeasmaster all
/jamba-follow strobeonme all

This works perfectly, I can the screen and the other characters follow that character with 2 button presses. What I would like to know if there is a macro I could use that would disable the strobing? It's probably something stupidly simple...but I couldn't work it out.

The wizard gives us a key which has strobe on, on step 1 and strobe off, on step 2.

The strobe off part is: /jamba-follow strobeoff all
