I agree with all the suggestions and would just like to add that slave movement independent of the tank is a great help. I personally have up,down, left, and right bound to the movement keys on my slaves. It really makes a difference when you need to get your slaves out of the way. Tavarok in mana-tombs really made me appreciate this and Hungarfen in underbogs... prior to having the movement keys bound I would always wipe on him. Those mushrooms hit hard.

For healing just 2 heal main and group heal (like heal chain of shaman)
You might want to consider ISBoxer. I use to heal with a set of macros, but once I moved to ISBoxer I click heal from my main screen. Makes it alot easier to heal and avoid overhealing.

You are responsible for every role, when you do dungeons or heroics.

Most people drive with the tank.
You need to position the mob and worry about its facing.

The healer is next most important.
You'll generally heal by assisting the mob, or by repeater region (click) healing, or by toon specific heal macro's.
The toon specific work well, in that you can control who gets the heal, but its a lot of macros and keybinds, and only works for your group.
The assist heals are probably the best as far as macros to heal go.
If your software broadcasts mouse clicks easily (IS Boxer or HKN), click healing with an addon like Vuhdo or Grid + Clique or Healbot is by far the best healing.

Your dps is the easy part.
Position them somewhere for the fight.
    And spam your key.
In some fights you'll have to move them out of puddles of goo.
In other fights, you'll heal through crap and just burn the boss down.
Youtube videos of boxers show decent strategies for various fights.

Any of the software options will work as far as boxing goes.
I started with Keyclone, and used it fine for most of my boxing career.
I really like IS Boxer -- instant PiP swaps, mouse broadcasting, repeater region heals etc.
But you can macro everything for a 5-man group.

If you're good at editing scripts, check out HotKeyNet.
If you want a much easier interface, go with IS Boxer ($10 for 90 days, $36 per year)
Either of these, seem to be the most powerful/flexible of the software options.
    EverQuest I: Bard / Enchanter / Druid / Wizard / 2x Magician.
    Diablo III: 4x Crusader & 4x Wizard.

After these posts and some investigation i have found out that my HTKN and jamba is a good software set but with some limitations.
Handling only the focus target is a huge limit in some conditions, good for questing but not enough for istances.

So i got Isboxer, and now i'm totally lost ...
Now i'm going to follow the guides here about it and i'm confident i will find out a solution...with your help.
So be prepared for my annoying post about isboxer

    Thank you all

Some of the Northrend boss fights have aggro jumps and drops too - Eck in Gundrak is the best example you'll hit early on - I think at 30-40% he switches aggro, and you have to grab him fast, because he can one or two shot clothies. You have to heal through it (groups heals ftw), or be really, really fast on the draw if you have a pally, and shield/bubble the player being attacked.

Tanking isn't easy. I came into this knowing nothing about tanking, and I'm still learning, and to be honest, I'll probably never completely master it. Same for healing. I'll heal my team, but I have no confidence healing a group with other people, let alone a raid. Patience is important with multi-boxing, and you have to cut yourself a lot of slack.
Prot Pally • Destro Lock • Holy Priest • Boomkin • Arcane Mage

Heroic Bosses Down: Moorabi • Kologorn • Ormorock • Prince Keleseth • Eck

For IS Boxer, I'd run the wizard.
That's the easiest way to get started.

I have a guide to it, in my signature.
I'd read it through, more for an idea of what IS Boxer can do, then for using the guide immediately.

The wizard gets you everything except Repeater Regions for healing.
If you have Vuhdo, Healbot, or Grid+Clique, repeater regions are pretty easy to set up.

    Anything you drag to a DPS key 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0, -, or =.
Will have every toon cast the spell on their same key at the target of whatever window you press the key from.
I'd set Jamba to follow the new master, but to not strobe.

As you want to do more, there are a lot of keymap examples.
Keymaps are fairly easy to configure once you have an idea how the system works.
And are very flexible in what they let you do.
    EverQuest I: Bard / Enchanter / Druid / Wizard / 2x Magician.
    Diablo III: 4x Crusader & 4x Wizard.
