    Default LF Keybinding addon

    I have searched here and some other places and could not find what I was looking for. I'm thinking it doesn't exist.

    I have stated to use a 2 computer setup and I now cannot disable broadcasting specific keys like I did when software broadcasting alone. I'm looking or an addon that will allow me to save my keybindings in profiles. (one for solo, one for boxing would be nice) The keybindings I'm talking about are ones like wasdqe, arrow keys etc.

    Thanks for the replies.

    Macaroon.
    You can create profiles in Macaroon and setup keybindings on a per-profile basis. For keys that I don't want a specific toon to receive - I simply created an empty, invisible, button that I bind those keys to. So, on toonA you could have everything setup as master - on toonB you have q,w,e,a,s,d all bound to the empty button.

    Check out Jamba at the same time - and the post I made about binding keys with a macro - you could then just click a single button and have all your keys magically remap without having to struggle through a keybinding ritual.

    That walks through the basics a setting up a binding with a script. You can then simply swatch anytime you aren't in combat.
    I know my thread talks about movement bindings - but you can setup all your bindings that way.

    You can always write a big macro in BindPad or something else that uses the SetBinding script commands to remap your keys.

    The keybindings on the default action bar (Shift 1) can be swapped to the second action bar (Shift 2) and vice versa. Keybinds are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0, -, =.

    The keybinds on all of the other action bars (Shift 3 through Shift 6) will be a constant either way. Because they have their own hotkey to activate, like say Alt 5 or whatever you set.

    Thanks so much for the replies. I gave all that a quick read and since quickly decided is was too technical for me I gave up. I had a beer, read it again and started writing some macros to bind and unbind keys. They're working great. I can't wait to hit one at the wrong time to create some more /facepalm fodder.

    Boxing Macro (abridged)
    /script SetBinding("W", "nil");

    Solo Macro (abridged)
    /script SetBinding("W", "MOVEFORWARD");
    Thanks tons. I wouldn't have gone anywhere near /script without the encouragement.

    In responding to myslef ...
    This solves movement issues but how do you guys handle typing in /g chat? I'm not sure if this can be handled the same way. I'd rather not reach over and unplug the wireless reciever every time I need to type to someone.

    (I'm a bit sad to have reverted back to all these beginner type problems)

    mBindings is very simple and quite slick. All it does is keybindings.
