Hey fuzzy have you tried setting the F# keys as a modifier in HKN. That may work since WoW only intreprets ctrl alt and shift as modifiers.

Then you could use
<Key Ctrl Alt F6 %trigger>

I think that's still technically pressing 2 keys at once though.
