Toons not talking to eachother?!

Well I have a new problem that happened out of the blue.

Toon A will pass to toon C but not B&D.

Toon D will pass all keystrokes

Toon b will pass to A and C but not D

Etc.

I have redone the wizard setup to see if that would fix the communication problem. But that didn't fix it. I have an error with numbers and letters flying across my screen on toon D but I can't catch it fast enough to write it down.

Any idea on why they all of a sudden will not talk to each other?

I had something similar.

In my case, I had turned on FTL on some of the DPS Keymaps.
Check that you have "Use FTL Modifiers" set to Default on every other keymap.

The only three that want it set to "On" are:
-- FTL Assist Me, FTL Target Me, and FTL Follow Me.

If that is not the case, you could try to link your config via Pastebin.com
Open up ISBoxer Toolkit, right click on IS Boxer in the top pane, and copy your config.
Go to www.pastebin.com and paste it there.
I would search for your B.Net email, and edit it out of the file.
Set it to save for a month, and post the link here.

You can also go to the IS Boxer IRC.
You'll get faster response there (it is a chat), then waiting here.
But either works.

I turned the 3 to "on" they were set to default. All others were default. But it didn't fix the problem.

Whats strange is they were working fine then stopped in the middle of questing. So I'm not exactly sure what happened.

Thats not an error message, that is a message that Carbonite is passing on the special channel "CRBZ201411" to update the positions and statuses for character "Dendrobium" who's looking at "gloriosailily" or something like that. I don't know the format for sure but I've seen MSBT grab these out of carbonite's hidden channel and pop them up like warnings before.


As for your original issue, sometimes the effect you are noticing happens to me if I turn on keyboard repeat on one of the followers and don't turn it back off before switching back to the main. So I end up having to go to each toon and hit enter to see if it just pops a chat box locally or does all 5. If it does all 5, then I turn off repeater on that guy and everything goes back to normal.

Thanks all for your help.

I figured it out this afternoon. Spent a couple hours in chat. And Lax said it had something to do with a keybinding issue..

After a reinstall wiped interface,wdb,wtf, folders and another wizard set up it didn't fix it.

Instead I went through all the toons and reset keybindings to default and that fixed the problem Some how some where my keybindings got screwed up.
I have no idea how it happened but it did. Now my toons are talking to eachother like the should.
