short and quick..what would you take for a DK Tank and melees?
4 Retri palas ?
4 MS Warrior?
mixed Group ,,MS,Retri,rogue?
Target is PVE Heroics later..
EDIT: think the Rogue is to weak in PVE ..cause Leather vs. Plate?

I know that dk tank and 4 rets works, dunno about warriors... who will heal?
Do four rets, divine storm heal is nice :-)
Four paladins definitley. One dual specced to holy if you ever feel you need the traditional 1 tank 3 dps + healer.
Team: Feral Druid, 3 Ele Shaman, 1 Resto Shaman
Gimp Team: 4 paladins(13) and a DK(80)
Kierlay,kierlee,kieree,kierla and Karatesh
The Ret's are proven with a DK tank.
Other melee lack healing, unless you go DK Tank + Healer + 3x Melee.
Feral Druids do have some heals via Leader of the Pack, and can all heal in caster form.
I'm toying with the idea of 5x Feral Druids for a melee team.
Possibly with Worgen.
Leveling they will all go Cat.
Possibly dual-spec one Tree.
I already have a feral bear on my mixed team.
And a 5x Boomkin squad.
So would like to keep my future melee team different.
Already have an instance team, so probably wouldn't need a bear.
EverQuest I: Bard / Enchanter / Druid / Wizard / 2x Magician.

Ualaa, that's what I was thinking of running when Cataclysm comes out. 5 x feral Worgen group. But I'm always thinking of fun combos to throw together, so who knows what I'll actually build.
I'm currently running a 70 melee group and am getting fed up with the warrior at this point. So I can't recommend using 4 of them unless something changes with the expansion (or if they start to outperform at 80 of course). Their mechanics are just not as easy to macro as the Paladin and they don't offer much utility ... which the Paladins clearly do.
If you're talking sheer power go Pallys. Great dmg at all levels, great buffs, & plate. If you like some variety in your groups you may want to try an enhancement shammy on for size as they give some great utility and bloodlust is such a boost on bosses.
