Same thing happened to me, character specific macros are stored by server. Svper suggested copying the character folder in your WTF folder and it worked like a charm.

At some point I'll probably send a team over here from Mag, just so I can be well balanced. I may even move one of my alliance teams over here from their banishment on Stormreaver (where I first started as ally before going evil... er Horde).
