Max out everything you can as far as gear and then once you have no gear left to buy, get honor capped and cash out with epic gems once a week -- between double WG and BGs it takes about a week to get honor capped which translates to 28 epic gems for 4 toons, 35 if you have 5 -- I buy rubies which sale for 160g per on my server its nice pulling out 5k from my mail box once a week =P
