Mouse only? Any number of apps in the wiki support this, you'll just have to set 'em up to do mouse-only broadcast.

Did you try the software forum? Bunch of stickies in there, or you could search for the names in the wiki on the software forum. Trying to teach you fish, here.

HotKeyNet is free. Some scripting required. Worth looking into.

Well I know it's not a mouse program but if you're only really interested in using the mouse for casting AoE there is a neat trick that could work for you.

Open keybindings and bind a key to "interact with mouseover"
Bind a key to the Blizzard spell on your bar
Set the cameras to look in about the same direction from overhead.
Hit the blizzard key, then interact with mouseover, and they will cast blizzard.

Hope it helps a little and good luck finding some software to make it a touch more precise

    Seconded.

I started using it mainly so that I could optimise my mages, and now I use it exclusively.

But as I recall, there's a "send one click" function in KC. It didn't work for me personally, in that the click never got broadcast, but have you tried that?

If you only need the mouse broadcasting, I'd see if you can find a script for HKN that will do mouse only.
That's all you need, if you're otherwise happy with what you have.

IS Boxer is amazing, and its relatively easy to configure to do what you want.
I would say, HKN and ISB are roughly equal; have not found anyone post that theirs can do something the other cannot.

But IS Boxer is subscription based, HKN is free.

You can apply for the 7 day trial of IS Boxer to see if its for you.
I wouldn't go this route purely for the mouse.

But IS Boxer offers a lot more then just the mouse broadcasting.
Keymaps can essentially do whatever you want them to, without needing to devise your own scripts.
PiP swaps are instant between clients.
It is a very nice boxing program.
I have a lot of Keymap examples, and a wizard walk through in my guide.
