Default One team to annoy them all.

Hi all, i usually run 5 shaman. Latly i have been toying with the idea of lvl'ing up another team. Currently i am in a mood where i just want to disrupt the alliance as much as possible. In av on my shamans i play the back cap game. I am looking for something that is a little out of the multiboxing box <---tm!

    My thoughts so far!

    Pie is greater than cake.

A all druid team. great flag runners + so many hots that really would be a pain to damage though. No fear stoppers apart from the pvp trinket ßbad. 5 cloaked cats popping nature swiftness + trinkets = BOOM spell then back into stealth to wait for the next gnome...ahem i mean alliance.....

I currently have a druid healer that is our guilds OT/MT healer depending on bosses etc. so i thought i could box up 4 druids. Also would be alot of fun to pvp in lower lvls with some boa gear on each druid.

A all priest team. This one has my attention atm. heals, bubbles, instant fears, fear ward, aoe damage, hots etc.

I have been thinking upon the 5 lock team as well though i am still thinking about this.

I got the all lock team sitting at 65 atm. Also the all druid team sitting at 70 atm. I love the locks they are all destro to help with bal killing and van killing. Tho when im feeling froggy they all go into galvs room and have a dot dot dot fear efast. Nothing better then wiping half to 3/4 of alliance coming in there. Also if i dont wipe that many i make damn sure i target as many healers as i can and dot them so i kill their mana making it harder for them to kill galv.

Love the druids ability to stealth all the way to rh on alliance side cap flag and stay stealth waiting for someone to come back for it. But for now ill keep going with locks lol. Nothing like seeing 20+ alliance running around dotted and feared and not knowing what to do. Oh and for that pesky pally problem my priest is waiting at 70 haha.

Locks need heals for life tap and mass dispell for pally perma fear dot bubble wipe kill kill kill.
They say spiders have 8 legs well i guess im a rare and unimaginable specimen. Ive got 9 legs and my web comes from that 9th leg. HaHa.

    Small world...

I'm in the process of leveling 5x Boomkins for (alliance PvP) and 5x Affliction Locks for (horde PvP).

The druids are an incredibly fun team, probably the most fun I've had boxing.
I don't have high hopes for them in arena - not enough burst.
But they will destroy in BG's and world pvp.

The warlocks are a class like rogues, which just about everyone hates.
It takes as long for a lock to place 4 dots as a mage to nuke you for the same damage.
But because it isn't instant, you have a bunch of dots then start to look for the lock.
I think ~20 dots/curses will really be fun to land on people...

I'm currently leveling 4 Warlocks and true that they lack the support heal that shaman have.

They can get healed with their damage but I'm also attemptively looking at herbalism. It seems that next patch, lifeblood is going to get buffed and will be related to hp as in 3.2. Others speak just about tooltip clarification. I will only level their professions when they ding 80 so I have time to see.
The 4 fear spam with target=arenaN can also be interesting but I still have yet to try... well as any other thing btw Only theory...

I have a Warlock team at 80 and a Druid team at 80. Both are fun, but for different reasons.

Druids are fun for all the reasons you listed. Typhoon spam on rotation can basically cause lots of annoyances, the stealthing and heals are also very handy.

Warlocks, I've had the most fun with in turtles. It's amazing how easily 5x Seed of Corruption spammed on a few targets can really soften up some defenses, if you're trying to cap a particularly annoying graveyard, or push through an annoying choke point.

I think druids would have more advantages in a BG in general, though. 15 Treants, 5 Starfalls, Typhoons on a cast sequence. It gets pretty crazy.

Admittingly, I haven't spent that much time doing a lot of PvP on either of those teams. Mainly just doing WG to get honor to buy the season gear.

Have fun, though! I back cap on the A-Team all of the time in AV, it's hilarious. I've debated going as 4 Shamans and 1 Priest, though, just for the ability to kill a paly bubble. Currently I just have to heal through it and wait for it to expire.

I think either of them have potential to be great fun.

I think if i was going with locks I would back them with a healer, as they have no self healing abilities,
but in some ways that healer might hamper their mobility - if you teleported away your healer would be left there.

The druids sound fun. Stealthing in to a bunker then popping up and whacking starfall and treants would be worth it just for the laughs. They also can pop a heal or two on themselves if need be... and having the ability to res saves that annoying split team run back.

I've got a 5x Discipline Priest team sitting at 60th, from RAF.
And a 5x Hunter team also at 60th.

I could see either group being a force in BG's.

Hunter's have strong single target DPS.
And Volley is not weak either.
Plus 5x traps, Concussive Shot on round-robin, Pets flapping around in people's faces...

The Priests were a surprisingly easy team to level.
A solo priest is a pain, unless shadow, but I did not notice this for the team.
I envisioned them as sitting back and playing massive support.
But a Disc priest has potential for a fair bit of damage too.
5x Mana Drain would be fun vs casters too.
Pain Suppression, PW: Shield, Power Infusion, 5x Mass Dispel (love ISBoxer mouse broadcasting), was thinking of Fear Ward on round-robin, on the lead toon and an easy cast Mass Dispel vs fear.
Prayer of Mending on each of them for supplemental heals.
Penance can be OP at times.

Too many good combinations to try.

Druids are definitely fun in world PVP.

DK flags and runs at me like an idiot.
Me: *MOONFIRE* *INSECT SWARM* *WRATH* (x5)
    DK: *DEATHGRIP*
    DK: "Ah HA! GOTCHA!"
    Me: *TYPHOON* /lol *MOONFIRE* *WRATH*
    DK: *AMZ*
    DK runs back into range.
    Me: *TYPHOON* /lol *MOONFIRE* *WRATH*
    DK runs back into range.
Me: *TYPHOON* /lol *MOONFIRE* *MOONFIRE* *MOONFIRE* *MOONFIRE* *MOONFIRE*
    DK dies.
    Me: /lol
    Me gains cat form.
    Me gains Prowl.

Though I'm dying to try 5x resto just to see how world PVP would work. Could they damage through self hots on everyone plus 5x Wild Growth? Hmm...

A moonkin typhooned my 4 clones off the edge of the map at one of the EotS objectives. My main managed to not get knocked off but was left facing an angry moonkin and several buddies.

Don't stand too close to the edge. Lesson learned.
