Before you freak out, check out the numbers below, it's easier than you think.

My plan for heroic farming for patch 3.3

Culling of Stratholme - 4 badges (5 for timed)
Drak'Tharon Keep - 4 badges
Gundrak - 5 badges
Nexus - 5 badges
Utgarde Keep - 3 badges
Violet Hold - 3 badges
Trial of the Champion - 3 badges

27 badges For all listed here
19 badges Without Toc or Gundrak

210 divided by 27 badges puts you at 8 days to full T9
210 divided by 19 badges puts you at 12 days to full T9 without ToC or Gundrak

So 12 or 8 days, easily run instances for even new teams you'll be able to literally skip 2 tiers of content in gear quality. Not to mention pick up pretty tasty relics and after the 8 or 12 days, you'll be able to keep farming for crusader orbs for the crafted offsets. Or even Furious PvP gear.

If you can clear UK or DTK, you can clear any of these instances with the exception of Gundrak or ToC may give you a few issues, but you should be able to clear some of the easier bosses in Gundrak. So worst case, 12 days to full team of T9? Yes please, do want.

Continuing to use the Random Heroic Dungeon option within that same day to complete dungeons will award you with two Emblems of Triumph each time in addition to those dropped in the instances. The random option can also select Heroic dungeons to which you may already be saved, so you can technically do every Heroic dungeon more than once in a day by continuing to use this option.

I'm getting about 3.5 hours to clear all of these w/o interruption. Or 26 - 40 hours of playing to complete the task.

I did see that, looks really awesome. I'm unsure of how the random dungeon function would work for us that want all 5 of our toons in the same random dungeon. I know it resets and gives you another random dungeon every 15 minutes. So essentially you could try a random, if it's not one you can do, go do a regular heroic run, or wait 15 minutes, try the random again. and just keep doing this over and over. Assuming it works this way you'll be able to farm up T9 just as fast as you want to.

If you've been 80 for a while, you probably already have some Triumph badges if you've been doing the heroic daily, this will also help shorten the time frame.

I agree absolutely that it is. I probably won't run these *every* day, but it's nice to see just how quick it could be done.

You can buy all 5 peices from the vendors outside the ToC raid instance, just the regluar 10 man T9 is 210 tokens, if you want the better sets, you'll have to raid ToC25 and ToGC 25 to get trophies + hard mode tokens / drops.

But these numbers are just for the base set.

i plan to get a mix of T9 and off set items. Also, we will have the frost badge stuff. I need to start min/maxing so i don't waste badges on something I will replace with frost.

There are about 3-4 bosses that i can solo ( 7 box atm ) that are part of the weekly raid quest ( 10 frost badges). When it is not one I can solo, I will pug it with every member of my team when i can.

Im going to do 3 new 5 mans, and than probably quit boxing until cata. Whats the point of gearing for just leveling? There will be nothing else to use all this gear for after 3.3.
Also that gear will not help at all in cata(coming from someone who had 4x tier 6 and one best in slot sunwell geared toons when wotlk released that i replaced it all in 2 weeks after it came out.)

Just think of it this way man. Gear your toons then show off. Someone sees you lvl 79 then next day your 80 they say good job. Then a week later all your toons are better geared then his lol. Also, if your in a regular guild like i am on alliance. I could all gear score every person in my guild with all 14 of my alliance toons. Lol i think they would kick some out so they wouldnt see me 1-14. SS coming if i do it lol.
