i got vista home premium 64 like new with oem sticker to slap on a computer, i will have to sell it to someone for a barg. put some money towards windows 7.

i won a draw on my premium bond so im going to spend it on windows 7

you can't sell the OEM copy - it's licensed to that machine alone. One of the joys of OEM's

i havnt used the sticker on any machine yet, im sure i can phone microsoft and change owner, or pc box ive done it in the past.

long as i got the certificate/ on the computer its licensed to its legal.
