Can you transfer to Oceanic? I tried a while back and you couldn't transfer out of your 'region'.

I currently play on Sargeras US, but i can always re-roll on a different server. Did you have a specific server in mind ?
I noticed the toons on your profile are on Doomhammer US. I can always make up a team there. My boxing team is only around lvl 22. I only have one main at 80, so it's not like i'd me losing much if i re-roll on a different server
According to WoW.com , players residing in North America may only create characters on North American serversSo apparently, I won't be able to create toons on an Oceanic server.
