Default Problems with mouse keys in keymaps

Hello everyone, thank you in advance for attending to my post, it's rather long winded but hopefully accurate and with enough info to give a clear picture of what I'm doing and trying to accomplish.

I have recently switched to ISBoxer from Keyclone, and spent the last week reading forums, watching videos, and learning the software config. I am looking for some advice/help in solving an issue I am encountering with my keymaps. I'll first explain what I am attempting to do and then how I translated that over to ISBoxer, and the problem that emerges when attempted. This is so that whomever is able to help may understand the process I took and possibly spot where I went wrong

My setup: 3 Pallies, two duel specced, one dedicated dps.
My goals: 3 Ret pally's with identical keybinds/keymaps, essentially three toons acting as one. As needed, one pally specs over to tank. Now I have One tank/Two dps. Keybinds are the same for all three still, with one exception.

Maps: Here is how I have my keybinds arranged and why. When using Keyclone I was doing the quick and dirty method of whitelisting my relevant keys, so I only had those keybinds that I actually press for the slaves pass through. So this gave me an all three as DPS layout that looks like this:

    Master
R = Seal of Wisdom --> R= Seal of Light on slaves
V = Seal of Light --> V = Seal of Wisdom on one slave, Seal of Justice on the other slave
Mouse button 5 = Crusader Strike --> Same on all three ret pallies
G = Divine Storm --> Same on all three ret pallies

When master specs to Tank my keybinds would change to the following to accomodate difference in rotations since I gain an ability with prot adding a GCD to tank rotation.

R = no change between all three toons, CD is the same
V = no change between all three toons, CD is the same
Mouse button 5 = Holy Shield on Tank --> Crusader Strike on Ret pallies
G = Shield of Righteousness on Tank --> Divine Storm on Ret pallies
4 = Hammer of the Righteous on Tank --> Crusader Strike on Ret pallies
**Using Keyclone I had hotstrings such that pressing 4 on the tank would press mouse button 5 on the two ret pally's.

The Problem: When using ISBoxer, I made keymaps for all of the above buttons, and they all work with the exception of mouse5. Upon testing this in game here is the behavior I am observing, and I created a whole new profile with only my three characters and ZERO keymaps except this one for holy shield to isolate the problem.

Window Layout, 1 screen with three regions, when clicking to focus a window, the game should "do what it normally does."

Keymap named Holy Shield one step

    Keystroke action:
    Target = All w/Current
    Key Combination = mouse 5

Upon loading in, pressing mouse5 (which is a thumb button on my mouse) only the main window (region 1) is pressing mouse5, other two regions are not.

    Re-load wow...load in...pressing mouse5, all three regions are now pressing mouse5.
Move toon in main window, mouse5 now presses in main window but not other two.

Move mouse to region 2...press mouse5; region2 presses mouse5 and so does region1, but not region3.
Move mouse back to region1, press mouse5; region2 and region1 still pressing mouse5, but not region3.
Move mouse to region3, press mouse5; all three regions press mouse5.
Move mouse back to region1, press mouse5; all three still pressing mouse5.
    Move toon in region1, press mouse5; region2 and 3 stop pressing mouse5.

Or any combination of that activity produces similiar but unpredictable results. Same apply's if I press my hotkey to swap regions into my main.

Anyone have any ideas? I'm still reading and searching and experimenting with this keymap setup in hopes of a solution. I just wanted to make sure if I'm goofing it up somehow I could be called on it So far I have not experienced this type of behavior with any of the other keymaps I have made, only this one with the mouse which leads me to think it may be the culprit somehow.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Again thank you all for taking the time with my post.

I had something similar to this.

The culprit for me was editing which keymaps used the FTL modifiers.

In Key Maps >> General (Top Pane).
On the Left if you click on FTL Assist Me, FTL Follow Me or FTL Target Me.
Each of these should have the 3rd option "World of Warcraft: Use FTL Modifiers" set to On.

Every other Keymap should have this setting as "Default".

Once I reverted the other keymaps to default, this issue went away for me.

Thanks Ualaa for posting, I was hoping this would catch your astute eye. I have to say that your posts for ISBoxer have been incredibly helpful during my education of the software, so thank you for your personal attention.

I'm at work since I posted my issue I'll play around and investigate some more to see what I can do when I can get some time at home. I'll let ya know how it turns out, again thank you very much for the time and attention you spend in posts...you rock!!

    Np.

Hopefully this is your issue too, as it sounds like what I had.

And the fix was fast and easy.
