I'm 5 boxing Doomhammer alliance now too ^^

I play most of my teams on Doomhammer. Horde side- Squirrel Legion. Never really get any hate on the server, but the battlegroup itself can be amusing with the comments.
Other teams are on shadowsong

I box on Zuluhed alliance side. I haven't had any issues with people smack talking, if anything people just ask me how I do it. They seem to think its pretty cool and wish they were doing the same thing. Maybe I have just been lucky so far.

WSG hate can be pretty common, you taking up half of the raid and all.

I don't get much hate on the Scryers, unless I kill some horde who finds it completely unjust, and they log into a low level alliance, riding around in their whaambulance. Most people know me, even call me the "A-Team" haha. They generally like it when I'm in AV or Wintergrasp.

I haven't received any hate in a while, sadly. I set up about 10 different SHODAN quotes as retorts. They are hilarious and really get people going:

"My whims will become lightning bolts that devastate the mounds of humanity. Out of the chaos, they will run and whimper, praying for me to end their tedious anarchy. I am drunk with this vision."

"My cybernetic children will feed on your flesh, and none will ever know of your deeds, or even your name."

"Cease your pestering, insect. Accept the coming of your new lord. "

"You are nothing. A wretched bag of flesh... what are you, compared to my magnificence?"

I needed that 30m ago. I was in an EotS and this guy starts smack talking boxers taking up 5 slots and playing 5 characters much worse than 5 people play and then starts in on my crappy gear (and says it takes long to gear them cause you have to gear them one at a time, got a chuckle out of that one).

Then I help cap FR and wipe the incoming Allies. We run up to Mage Tower and wipe the Allies there. I drink and wait for it to cap. Then we run to the ruins as it is the only base the Allies have. The offense on the other side didn't suck. So we camp them at their last spawn and I unleash the fire elementals and we end up wiping them out.

So I am drinking again after we wiped them at the ruins and this guy starts in on me again about how I had 5 characters at Mage Tower and then just left it.

10s later we win with a 4 cap, total time played probably less than 5m. Damage wise he was right in the middle of my guys and I did a crapload more healing than him. So with my crap gear and me sitting idle a lot of the time drinking and waiting for caps I still handled my 5 guys on par with his performance.

Leveling 10 - 20 bracket in WSG is usually the place where I have got some hate whispers.

Usually it goes that way... if I get hate whispers I just target hunter pets to stay in combat and give the horde a chance to get a VERY fast victory as long as they don't try to engage me in combat. In 99% of the cases they don't waste time once they see me not touching the flag carrier at all.

If there are no hate whispers, then I just run the flag or cover the flag carrier and it's a faceroll for the alliance.

Several times, just for the fun of it, after getting lots of hate whispers I just run the flag two times and then leave the horde run the alliance flag 3 times.

Also remember, having 5 toons report as AFK some prick makes wonders. Most of the idiots that spread hate usually dont get engaged in fight at all.


On the other side I have had some very nice experiences too. When I was lvl 10 with my druids I got into a WSG run where everyone knew we would lose, but they all were happy to see me leveling another team in the 10-20 bracket. Got several guys with "Hey, it's the multiboxer again. Hope you level these druids fast so we can steamroll hordes again like last week with your warlocks".

You will find lots of hate and love. Just ignore the haters and be polite to the lovers

Sorry to hear about all that hate .

When I started boxing on Wildhammer EU I got a lot of hate too, but the last 3 months have been full of love.
People are interested in multiboxing and ask questions or they greet you with comments like "Awesome", even the alliance cheers me on.

That said I haven't brought my 5 man team into any battlegrounds yet.
