That being said: you say that you bought the cd key online? I assume that this was for the classic version and not an upgrade? Since there was already a lvl 1 account it looks to me that you've actually bought an existing account. Not that I care, but I would never buy the classic cd key online. I always want a box, so I can create the account myself. I don't see any problems in buying upgrade cd keys, as they can never influence your account whatsoever (unless it's a scam of course).

I bought a original classic WoW cd key. Made a new account with it. The level 1 wasn't there when I first created the account. The level 1 appeared after I found out the account was closed.

I never had a problem with the website before tho, I have purchased gold, and cd keys for my old accounts with them in the past. Never had anything remotely similar to this happen. Hince why I was so surprised. I guess they must be under new management or something.

I would post the name of the site, since I know some are curious but I am not sure how dual-boxing.com would deal with that. Don't want to get banned from this forum heh, too much information I need here.
