I actually did not do any other instances before that after I hit 80 (except doing it once on regular first), but I had some other stuff to do during the day in between, so I had to put within a day instead of right as they hit 80.
I had a couple ilvl 200 crafted pieces waiting for my pally, but that was it.
Everything else was from quests and instances that I did before hitting 80, including the first two bosses (one time) in reg ToC5 at 79 (almost killed the last one too at 79, heh).
