Multiclass team hit 80 and cleared H ToC within a day :D

can i be the first to say ... YOU SUCK!!! just kidding man, i'm really jealous ... my tank has got 37k, my priest (disc) has 2000sp, and my 3x arcane mages are in 200lvl-ish gear, and i can't beat NORMAL.

How they heck did you pull 2.8k dps on your mage 1 day after hitting 80? My mages burst to 2.7 and settle around 2.2 - and they've got almost 1700 sp ... I'm currently running up my druids so I can run exactly what you've got - prot pally, disc priest, ele shaman, balance druid and arcane mage.

Gratz maxion - just goes to show that good skill is way better than good gear. I'm fetching screenshots of your armory page on each of your toons to remind me this is do-able. I'm so motivated to get back in there now =)

Eh really ? Are you running paladin tank or DK tank? Are you stacking up ontop of each other in phase 3 buffing shadow protection and frost, using mark of the wild drums. My tank only had 27k when I first started clearing HToC, and my shamans were around 2k sp.

Seeing as his mage is frost (which is baaaaaad dps) and he mentions he aoes the adds in p2, Im gonna guess that what is shown is recount is the current fight and the mage is on top cause frost specced blizzard is amazing. For single target dps I would not expect a frost mage to be doing that much

oh man - i got 3 mages ... never thought about AOE'ing the adds in phase 2 ... if he could do it with one mage at 1200 sp, i *should* be able to do it with 3 mages at 1700sp right?

I'm still amazed at how well some people are able to perform with good skill alone - this case in particular. I've got to get it out of my head that I *need* more gear ...

I've got screenshots of his armory page when he completed it - he was in all blues with only 1 or 2 epics from ToC that he just completed. His toons are geared better now, because he's got 22 (yes, twenty two) new heroic achievements in the last 3 days ... no clue how he's whipping this stuff off ..

Hehe, thanks for the attention and discussion guys, allow me to fill in some gaps
The priest is healing.
The dmg meter in the screenshot is overall, including the mounted part, and yes, everyone helps aoe, even the priest. Starfall rocks (as long as it lasts anyway).
Paletress was indeed not part of my first clear of H ToC, though I got her and killed her when I did it again two days later.

Since then I've also cleared H Old Kingdom, which I found the last boss to be almost as challenging as H ToC lol. And as you may have noticed in the achievements that have been linked, I also got Amber Void so far from H Oculus

I am indeed trying to see how fast i can get Glory of the Hero on this team without outside help ^^

There is definite interest. Always good to see what other folks are doing especially other folks who are doing it successfully.
