Boosting In Northrend?

I started leveling my druid. I found that tagging works well if the mob is 72 or higher. I tag it with my druid and kill it/them with my shamies. What I'm wondering is if anyone has dome this yet and have you found a good spot for 70+ where the mobs are plentiful. I find myself running out of mobs fast. hehe.. I need a steady supply. They have to be 72+. I know of some great spots post 75..but none 70-74ish really.

I found a great spot tonight. I'm getting 3100exp per mob ( rested ) and pull up to 15 at a time, at the onslaught camp in dragonblight. Just a tad north of nax. 5 camps of humans. Just enough time to kill/loot before the first camp refills. PERFECT! not sure how long it will last. I am already 70% in level 70 and will be 71 soon. The mobs are 72-73, so I'm sure its going to be great exp,even non rested, until 73/74. Then its time for a new spot.

i wonder that spot ur talking about not trying it tonight to tired if you can still get good exp with 5 in your grp same level if not i guess my dks are boosting my shamans when dk's hit 80 in like 2 weeks grrrr. 3 weeks to get dk's to 80 lets see if one and a half for shamans lol.

I was getting 2k + 1k rested bonus. When I ran out of rested it was a flat 1k. 1/3rd. I think this area would still be good exp. That works out to 35k+ rested and 12-15k unrested per camp ( one pull per camp ) I tried doing a few rounds without looting and the mobs are not up yet in the first camp I clear. With looting, the camps re spawn. SO if there is a spot where you can kill non stop ( no looting) It would be better then this. I'm not sure you could find a spot where you can kill 15 mobs at a time non stop anywhere.

That being said. Quest boosting is nice when not rested. I can knock out all quests so fast ( even collection ) when i can one shot everything ( well two shot...tag with lowbie, kill with 80s ) And will be able to do all instance and group quests easy.

Just so you know, when it says 2k (+1k rested), the 1k rested is already calculated into the 2k.
This means you got 2k per kill. (easy to figure out, since rested doubles your xp)

Yea im just thinking cause i got my 70 shaman grp that comes next but i have a 70 druid that i deff have to boost. Cause i really dont wanna quest again after doing it with those ten.

I took my 4x DKs and 1x shamans to right outside of Valgarde where all the mobs run to the entrance of the town, guards attack them etc...

You can stand in 1 spot and wait for the mobs to attack you, (mobs are level 67-69). I just spam my macro that:
/targetenemy
/castrandom spell1, spell2, spell3 etc...

I can do it all day long. They don't drop loot but give about 250-400 exp in a group of 5 level 68-71ish players. (non-rested)

And you only need to spam 1 key, pretty mindless.

I think I'll hang out there till level 72 or so, see how it goes. Right now my guys are 69-71 atm.

rofl, I feel stupid. Your right 8\ Well, the exp rocked. 8) so at 15 pulls it was still 30k. I had a few pulls of 16. and Most around 13. So 15 average. Someone just go try it!
