Default Shaman vs Priest Healing 5 box

    Hi all,
I have just started to explore teams larger than 2 man teams and I am wondering for a 4 man team which is the easiest to heal with.
Currently the team is 70 warlock, 70 hunter, 80 druid and either a 69 priest or 69 shaman, I may add a 5th (use my wife's account).
My overall long term goal would be to multibox some dungeons in Northrend.
I am using ISBoxer which I am finding very userfriendly

Account sharing is a violation of WoW's rule's. You chance getting all your accounts banned as well as her's.

I pay for all the accounts, so I really do not see this as a violation. If anything my wife playing her own account would be a violation lol.
What would WoW's goal be in banning me, the usage is from the same household and unless they came to my house and physically saw either one of us playing the other person's main account I could not see how blizzard could define any sharing.
I believe WoW's rules on account sharing is more interested in single accounts being used by multiple users at different locations and also possibly any account hacing which could happen in the process.

But what about my original question????

    don't worry - you're well within blizzard's ToS.

My main dungeon team is a pally, priest, 3xmage. I started with my priest as holy, and eventually switched to disc and it made a big difference in keeping my team up. Priests have a lot of utility and decent buffs. Tough call ... the shaman can't heal the group as well as a priest can, but offers really good single target healing. I may consider going with the shaman only because you get good buffs for the rest of your group from the totems (spell power, resistances, armor boost, passive healing, mana regen etc.). It's pretty close though IMO

They don't care who pays whose bills. If you get reported (which happens often when you box) and they see that multiple toons are being run by one user (very obvious) they will check the accts. If they see multiple accts are being used they will ban you regardless. They don't see it any differently then a powerleveling service.

To answer your question though, both chain heal and COH are very nice for AOE healing. I would go the route of the shaman just because of the totem benefit.

Regarding heals I have experience with Priest, Druid and Shaman. In my case I found the priest to be the best healer. My priest is specced to DISC/holy. Just be sure to use Prayer of Mending on your tank whenever it is up. PoM keeps the group healed and adds the threat to the tank instead of the priest.

Since you mentioned 4 man team, I believe the shaman is best for that case. If you are going to do NR instances, you should have 5 toons. Although I read that 5 shamans rule everything but other than that a mixed team needs to use the holy trinity setup (tank+healer+dpsx3). And in this case I found the priest to work best.

This guy didn't buy accounts obviously, so cut him some slack.
Fursphere boxes on his dog's account. True story.

and for OP.. What you see as a violation of your ToS is inconsequential to what Blizzard believes is a violation.

You see, they do not work in the democratically elected republic of Whatevertheplayersthinkisfineville. They live by their rules, and not by yours.

What would WoW's goal be in banning me
.. to enforce a rule setup to protect against this kind of thing, thereby acting as a blanket deterrent to other would-be offenders of their carefully worded EULA and ToS documents. I don't think they care much why you are doing it, again they are not holding a court of WoW to ban you, it is time to call in the Blizzard Cleric. (that's a movie reference, if you didn't get it, I'm sad for you)

So, if you are indeed starting fresh and contemplating new accounts, best be on your way to the store to grab some more accounts in YOUR name first, lest you dismiss our warnings and lose all the accounts associated.

on the account sharing, my name is on all the accounts, it is just that one is my wife's primary play account, so if Blizzard does look at the accounts they will see it is the same owner.

As for healing, with 3 lvl 70s I would think with my lvl 80 druid I should be able to run the lower level Northrend instances, my druid is feral spec with mostly Nax epics.

Can anyone link the Disc spec for a priest which would work best?

Fur is on the other side of the flame? Actually sticking up for someone? I think he is letting someone play his (forum) account.
