    Default My current setup

I just started dual-boxing, and I was wondering if I could optimize this at all:

Two undead priests (sounds like a great combo from what I've heard.)
I use synergy to broadcast keys from my PC(master) to macbook(slave)

    Independent movement:
WASD for master, arrows for slave

    Synchronized movement:
I use a simple /follow party1 mapped to the "=" spot but bound to tab.

Right now, I have my master as the "Tank", which seems like the only thing to do. How should I spec them? One shadow? Both shadow? Help me out. THanks!

Also, is there some way to auto-accept trades and quests?

Jamba is an awesome mod for automating questing, flying, etc. I'm not sure about the Auto-accepting trades.

The addon Jamba allows the slave to mimic the npc choices of the master.

So target the npc with the master.
Have the slave assist the master.
Hit your Interact With Target keybind.
    Have your master do whatever.
And the slave will do the same.

This works for quests (starting and completing), although you can configure the slave to copy the masters reward choice or for the slave to need you to pick from their screen, also works for dialogue you have to listen to, vendors or flight paths.

    A very highly recommended addon.

With two priests, I'd spec them both Shadow.
Holy/Disc can do ok damage too, but I'd feel Shadow will level faster.
Not sure the end-game goals, might want to decide their final specs when you get there.

For the most part, you'll just use Follow for movement.
You don't really need independent movement keys on the main.
Once you've broken follow via the back arrow key, the main can mouse move freely on their own.

Great, thank you both so much. Are priests my best option? Or should I jump on the Shaman bandwagon?

It depends on what you want from the game.

As far as leveling up, any two toons will work.
A lot of people like the Tank + Healer route.

Shammies have a lot of synergy with each other.
But any two casters of the same class should work fine too.

With Interact With Target, melee is an option too.
Not just the toon you're driving with anymore.

If there's the possibility of three, four or five boxing down the road...
You might want to go with different classes then if you're going to stay with two.

Four toons is usually the sweet number, if you're likely to arena.
As that lets you go with a healer friend.

Five toons is good for heroics and battlegrounds.

Fewer toons at once, make collection quests (tons in Wrath) less painful.
More toons gives you more options, but costs a bit to set up.

However you look at it, boxing is one of the least costly forms of entertainment.

In the end, go with what you find to be the most fun.

It doesnt matter what you work with you jump on the bandwagon lol. Shamans are the easiest to work with therefore it allows you to learn easier and faster. As you work up youll be like hmm i wonder how this group will work out. Yep i started shamans first then dks then druids and last locks. Well dks were first to 80 shamans are almost 75 druids are 70 and locks are 65.

This allows you to try different things. Like cast attacks melee attack dot attacks and so on. Then once you do that and see how it works you can do multi class teams as well. Like my one multi team is war tank ele shaman shadow priest combat rogue and holy pally. Its fun but lots of macros and figuring out.

Just pick the same class to get used to it first. Makes the learning curve easier.
They say spiders have 8 legs well i guess im a rare and unimaginable specimen. Ive got 9 legs and my web comes from that 9th leg. HaHa.
