Default I got caught in the big AION banwave. :(

So yeah, I had cancelled my account only to feel like playing again to see that my account had been banned in a huge ban-wave. Worst thing I did was use Innerspace to run the game/minimize to a small window.

A ticket's open. If I can get my account back yay if not ncsoft gets no more money from me.

I should mention I was only single-boxing, only used innerspace a couple times.

So your ban is unrelated to multiboxing - when you get a reply on "why" from ncsoft can you share it ?

    Hello,

This message is being sent to notify you that your account was found participating in sales of in-game items or Kinah for real money. This activity may have included advertising these sales, delivering the assets to the buyer, gathering the assets for sale, or the use of your account by an employee of a company that sells in-game assets for real money.

These sales are strictly prohibited and in violation of the User Agreement and Rules of Conduct. Due to this serious violation of the rules, the account has been permanently banned.

I have checked the access logs for your account and there is no evidence that your account has been compromised or "hacked".

For your reference, we have included links to our User Agreement and Rules of Conduct below.

    User Agreement: http://us.ncsoft.com/en/legal/user-a...agreement.html

    Rules of Conduct: http://us.ncsoft.com/en/legal/user-a...f-conduct.html

    Thank you,

    GM Luminary

I'm thinking someone reported me for botting while I was kiting elite mobs for more experience. This entire thing is absurd. As it stands no more money for ncsoft, nor will I recommend aion to other people.

Obviously, they don't keep the detailed logs like WoW does, so they can't actually confirm anything of substance vis-a-vis the charges against you. Lame. And lazy.

Or the GMs are allowed to act on reports instead of facts.

Your account was caught in a detection process which we use to identify third party program use, inappropriate behavior in the game, or modification of the game client. After reviewing this case, and due to the fact that you have not been identified previously by this process, we will re-open your account. This is a 'warning' and if your account is caught again in the future for these activities it will be permanently closed.

Please make certain that you are not using any third-party programs, modifying your game client, or any other 'illegal' action. Some common activities that may also show up in this detection include: buying Kinah from a third party company, using a 'Power-leveling' service, acting as a courier for RMT companies, advertising in-game for RMT companies, sharing your account, or having a hacked account.

Many of these 'other' activities can happen if your account has been 'phished' by visiting an unauthorized website and entering your login name and password. Please make sure that you are very aware to avoid 'phishing scams', and obviously never share your account information with another person for any reason. Additionally, you should make certain that the *only* place you use this particular login name and password combination is for this game. If you use the same combinations for email logins, website logins, or fansite message board logins it makes it much easier for your game account to become compromised.

We would recommend at this time that you should change your Game Account password, and it may be a wise idea to change your email address password as well. Additionally, if at any point in the past you have modified your game client in any way (GG hack, etc) we would recommend that you do a full uninstall and clean reinstall of the game client.

    Best regards,

I wouldn't reactivate it... from their post its almost guaranteed they will ban you again for using a key broadcaster. Fuck em, they don't deserve subs.

So they banned you for using a multiboxing program?

I'd want further explanation on the ban if I were you, it leaves it open for another ban. Their statements are pretty vague.
