ja ich weis das NUR die cpu nichts bringt.
ich will jetzt den cpu aufrüsten sowie ram auf 4 gb ... sobald der ram wieder ein problem wird soll ein neues maimboard her... da kann ich den ram ja weiterhin benutzen aber dann auch 8gb draufsetzen.

ja nordend kann ein problem sein nur ich habe das problem in bc und auch in classic .... zb wenn ich in sw mit den 5en stehe ist das glckabhängig ob das klappt oder nicht.

und wie gesagt die cpu hat eine auslastung von über 90% ... das is denke ich mal schon bisl hoch !

Irgendein C2Q (Qxxxx je nach Budget), aber macht eigentlich keinen Sinn mehr in Zeiten von Core i5 und i7 CPUs samt neuem Sockel. Falls Du Dir aber nochmals ein Sockel 775 Mainboard holen willst, dann passt das schon mit nem C2Q.

Neue CPU + Ram? Das bringt nichts, wenn du keine größeren Schritte gehst.
Ne Dicke neue CPU, nen gutes neue Mainboard + 8 GB Ram MINIMUM (+ 64 Bit Betriebssystem) und dann macht das Ganze sogar noch Spaß, während man mit dem Main Max-Details haben kann.

Manche boards können nach einem Bios Update auch mehr speicher verwalten, am besten mal beim Hersteller nachsehen. Dann würde sich das aufrüsten auf nen C2Q + 8GB Speicher und einem 64Bit OS lohnen. Sollte es nicht möglich sein wirst du Wohl nicht um eine kostenintensivere aufrüstung drumrum kommen.

Meine Empfehlung währen als bsp.

CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550
Board: Asus P5Q Pro Turbo oder vergleichbare
Speicher: 8 GB 800MHZ DDR2
OS: Windows Home Premium - Win7/Vista 64 Bit

So in der art sieht auch mein system aus und ich kann bis zu 10 Chars Boxen ausnahme ist hier dalaran zur prime Time

jo das ist mir klar

hab ja nicht vor mir jetzt n dual core mit 3ghz zu holen.
aber will mir erstmal das nötigste holen was ich bei ner nächsten aufrüstung aber noch nutzen kann.
sprich für das mainboard den noch benutzbaren 4ten gb ram und n quadcore.
das nächste was ich dan erneuern müsste ist dann halt das mainboard aber daerauf kann ich ja die cpu + ram weiterhin nutzen.
abeer ich denke für classic und bc soltle das erstmal reichen.
bishr gehts ja auch sehr gut nur an manchen orten diese abstürze :<

Hallo,

Überleg dir eventuell den Prozessor noch ne Nummer größer zu wählen.
Erfahrungswerte sind immer schwer zu bekommen, desshalb mein System ist nicht wirklich ausreichen und ein :

AMD X2 5600 6 GB Ram GeForce 8800GT 1GB Ram
Windows 7 64bit

4 Schami´s
Alle Einstellungen auf Minimum auch beim Main. Sound bei den Toons aus und 800x600 Auflösung. Beim Main 1024x768 allerdings mit Sound.
Toons auf 10 fps begrenzt, Main auf 30 fps begrenzt.

Dalaran Auslastung CPU zwischen 90 und 100% Portale und npc´s werden nur sehr stark verzögert angezeigt, Follow oft gebrochen bein ~ 6 fps.

Tausendwinter Extreme Diashow wenns richtig los geht.

Auffällig ist das die Speichernutzung geradeeinmal 3,4gb Ram ist, und sich die Platten nen Wolf rödeln. Trotz das ich die Toons bereits auf 2x WD Raptor verteilt habe.

Denke ich auch, von meiner Software damals habe ich auch eine cracked Version auf div Seiten verteilt, natürlich mit vielen Mängeln, crashes und dergleichen

Das geilste war aber, als dann solche Leute dann noch versucht haben Support zu bekommen

Dann hab ich wohl auch eine gecrackte Version gekauft, denn bei mir schmiert Keyclone auch gerne mal ab, vorallem beim Toonswitch. Sorry aber den konnte ich mir wiederum nicht verkneifen

Aber der Lösungsansatz ist eventuell garnicht so schlecht.
Versuch doch mal ohne Keyclone die Toons auf Follow zu setzen, ob es dann immer noch vor kommt. Eventuell ist dann schon einiges mit ner anderen Software zu lösen.

The primary goal for Leatrix Gfx is to improve game performance by modifying some of the hidden settings in the game client. It's very easy to use.

Installation and Upgrade Instructions

Install Leatrix Gfx just like any other addon. The first time that you log into Wow with Leatrix Gfx enabled, you'll be told that your display needs to be refreshed. Just click ok and Leatrix Gfx will do that for you. Now you're ready to roll!

To remove Leatrix Gfx, simply delete the addon folder and also the Config.wtf file from your WTF folder.

Important:
If you're upgrading from Leatrix Gfx 1.xx, you should first delete the Config.wtf file from your WTF folder and the Gfx folder from your Addons folder. This ensures that the settings won't conflict.

Options

To access the options panel directly, simply type "/gfx", or you can get to it from the interface options menu as usual.

There are 8 options available in the Leatrix Gfx options panel (as shown here) and I'll go through them in more detail below.

• Reduce colors
  This will reduce the color mode from 24-bit to 16-bit, which will increase performance. Changing this option will refresh your display to use the new color mode. Reduced color mode applies to all parts of Wow, even the login screen.
  
  Note that due to a Blizzard bug, when you change this setting, the video options panel will still show the old setting in the dropdown until your Wow client has been restarted. It's only a cosmetic bug though, so just ignore it, there's no need to restart Wow.

• Disable shadows and footprints
  This will disable both terrain and bob shadows (your character, mobs, etc), increasing performance. This is an enhancement over the default UI which only allows you to lower the quality of shadows, not disable them completely.

• Disable shaders
  This will disable pixel shaders and weather shaders, increasing performance.

• Disable ground objects
  This will disable ground objects (such as grass tufts), increasing performance. Again, this is an enhancement over the game UI which allows you to alter the radius that ground objects are visible, it doesn't allow you to disable them completely.

• Throttle combat log output
  This option will prevent the combat log window from being populated in realtime, increasing performance, especially in larger raids where there is a lot of combat activity by a large number of people. Damage meter addons will still work, however, for best performance you should consider not using them. Any addon which parses the combat log in real-time (such as Recount) is a huge drain on resources.

• Limit framerate while playing
  This option will cap your in-game framerate to the value set in the slider below the checkbox. The range is from 5 to 120. Just set the slider to whatever framerate you prefer, then check the frame limiter box above it when you want to run Wow at that framerate.
  
  Running Wow at a reduced framerate will keep your computer running cooler. This will increase performance over a period of time as your computer is not having to constantly run flat-out in order to keep up with Wow, so it'll be in a better position to cope when things get hectic. It's recommended that you enable this setting on laptops especially to prevent them from overheating.
  
  The framerate limiter is disabled by default so that new users aren't confused by the drop in framerates.

• Limit framerate to 5 while Wow is not in the foreground
  This will reduce the framerate of Wow to 5 frames per second when Wow isn't running in the foreground. This is a really nice option which makes it possible to alt/tab to your web browser, email, video player, etc, without your system feeling laggy. The framerate limiter slider has no effect on this setting.

• Load user defined settings file
  This is an advanced option designed for people who prefer to setup Wow using scripts. If you enable this option, the "Leatrix_Gfx_User.lua" file is parsed every time you login. Open the "Leatrix_Gfx_User.lua" file with Notepad for help with this option, but if you're not into scripts then ignore it.
