how does IS figure out that numpad 1 should heal toon 1

or is there a better way to use healing keys, healer will be in background during combat

Get a healing bar addon such as VuhDo or Healbot. Arrange the group the same way on each screen and aligned the same. Bring up the IsBoxer gui and setup a region to pass clicks to the healers window on everyone but the healer. Setup the healing addon with click heals bound to your mouse buttons and witness the ease of click healing from your tank or other party members.

You can split up the click regions to pass clicks to your decurse/dispel character in your party also. Greatly improves reaction times for heals and cleansing. Make as many click regions as you need to speed up/simplify your game play.

no way to hit a key and heal a toon? I use healbot on my healers and seems a pita to config.

You can create an action target group "healers" and drag your healer to it. Then when you write heal macros in Isboxer you can send the macro to the healer window instead of "all windows, all other windows" etc. It will show up on that list. You should put your targeting in the macros just like any other macro.

So you can strike those keys and that macro will fire off only on the healer (or group of healers for some folks).

Frankly I went with VuhDo because the setup was a lot easier than healbot. It has an option to order the group alphabetically. You can drag in spells from your spellbook or type in a macro name of a prewritten macro (it will recognise it)(much like healbot). Even if you only use 3 mouse buttons for heals, that is more than you currently have and you save those keyboard keys. I don't use any modifiers for healing, just the unmodified clicks. I use 5 buttons: Earth Shield, Lesser Healing wave, Riptide, Healing wave, chain heal.

Remember clicking on the isboxer region only sends the clicks to the healer window. Clicking elsewhere on your screen will be normal mouse behavior. I am at work right now or I would post a screen shot of my arrangement. It is very easy to train yourself to heal like this.

I had a 6 day weekend last week (woot). I pushed the second team to 80 during that time off.

I work at a water treatment plant and we are on 24/7/365. Rotating shifts also. I am on evening shift now and I start nights on Wednesday. /bah

Combining the clickboxer healing with FTL assisting means doing collection quests and healing confidently regardless of which character is the 'Hot' character. It is great.

I lived in El Paso Texas years ago. The city water there has these little white flake looking floaties. It is odd looking. The morning Radio Shock Jock pretended to be calling into the water treatment plant for an interview. The fake Water treatment plant person on the other line said that the white floaties were pulverized toilet paper that is left behind from the filtering process. Should have seen how many people believed it.. too funny.

By the way.. Innerspace regions are outstanding.

In all honesty it was probably calcium deposits from piping/storage breaking free. We have to use an insane amount of Lime to presoften the water we take out of the Missouri river. Anywhere from 80,000 to 150,000 Lbs a day depending on time of year and flood stage.

but i do like the healbot version.. just ive never figured out isoboxer..

I got VuhDo working and the /clickthrough to healer. Does what is needed. I believe it auto-magically adds party members but there are alot of Raid boxes I don't need and can't figure how to turn them off.
