Totem strategy?

what is the strategy for 4 shaman for pvp?

fire: 1 wrath, drop 3 nova or start with 3 searing and another hotkey for nova?
water : 1 cleanse and 3 healing?
air : 1 windfury 3 grounding?
earth : 1 bind, 1 stone, 1 tremor and 1 claw?

Please share what should be the correct way..

Pve n pvp is totally different. In pvp i drop 4 tremor totems staggered of course. 2 healing 1 mana and 1 cleansing. Reason for cleansing never know when ur gonna get a poison or disease on you. Then i drop 3 grounding and the one that does spell haste cant member just woke up. Then for fire 3 searing and one tow. Pve i drop 2 tremor 1 stoneskin, 1 totem of earth and one earthbind. Fire is 2 searing one totem of wrath frost resistance. Wind is Wrath of air, windfury totem, nature resist, grounding times 2. Finally water is healing 3 mana 2. Why nothing else in water i rather make healing a bit easier and never run outta mana. And why resists cause it seems like it works perfect in pve just to be on safe side. No fire resist unless i need it.

It goes a little something like this:

Fire: Wrath, Searing, Searing, Frost Resist
Earth: Earthbind, Tremor, Tremor, Tremor (dropped 1 at a time, 1 second apart)
Water: Fire Resist, Cleansing, Cleansing, Mana Stream
Air: Grounding, Grounding, Grounding, Grounding

I use that for all arenas and pvp.

Still need to test if cleansing can stack if staggered, might macro that with my tremor macro.

I use the EXACT same as heyaz, it has gotten me to over 1800 rating.

Someone previously posted Cleansing does stack.
As in remove multiple debuffs in relation to the number of totems.

I personally have every Elemental drop a Totem of Wrath.
That's not part of my totem stomp macro, but on its own hotkey for the buff from ToW Glyph.
Similarly I have single keys for 4x Grounding, 4x Cleansing, 3x Healing + 1x Mana, 2x Healing + 1x Mana + 1x Cleansing, 4x Magma, 4x Searing... etc.
I have round robin keys for Fire Elemental, Earth Bind, Fire Nova, Tremor, Thunderstorm (not a totem).

I have three Totem Stomp macro's.
A PvE, a PvP and an AoE set.
PvP is:

F--- Totem of Wrath, Searing, Frost Resistance, Magma.
W-- Mana Spring, Fire Resistance, Cleansing, Healing Stream.
A--- Grounding, Grounding, Grounding, Grounding
E--- Tremor, Nothing, Nothing, Nothing.... but will manually stagger 4x Tremor.
