So, i want to put everything on high. my computer can handle it. but if i insert all the settings. and i play the graphics go down again. i want to enjoy the visuals :P becuz i like them. how to fix this? :P

Are you editing config.wtf? The default behavior if you used the Quick Setup Wizard is to use a character-specific Config.WTF file, so if you're editing by hand you would need to edit for each Character. You could just use the in-game video options panel though (with mouse repeat)
