I think peoples definition of being an asshat is different causing most of this conversation to be hard. You got some people who believe pvping in any way (the act of pvp itself) to be asshats. You got some people who believe multiboxing ANYTHING is being an asshat, and you got some people who don't think any of that is wrong.
I could basically sit here and say that all of you are hurting the multiboxing community by being asshats because you multibox during the hours of 7-10pm servertime during the busy parts of the day so people see you and bring attention to multiboxing which I only do 2-3am in the morning.
Also, I got a dozen people on my server who would gladly call any one of you an exploiting asshat that's ruining the wow community having never met you. Doesn't make any of it true to anyone but the person saying it
Since the nature of the conversation is one based heavily on a definition of asshat, i would imagine half the people are are talking about one or two people they don't like under the guise of "asshat", which confuses the rest of us.
I think the point of this thread shouldn't be to talk about what we believe is asshat behavior or not, but rather what blizzard determines is detrimental gameplay. In this case from the original thread on the forums, I have to walk away with blizzard will continue to allow it - if not encourage it to a certain extent.
