You could use /script AcceptQuest(); in a macro, but for an addon, which could do this automatically, I can't see a good event... the events around quests are really bad covered. Perhaps I'm just looking in the wrong category (Quests.. well, it could be the wrong category xD). I would be interested in such an addon, too...
