Shaman vs. Caster AOE help

So I've made a pally quad shammy team. They are all lvl 26. I go into WSG, and this one priest some rips me a new one with holy nova, or a freaking mage frost novas on me, and then starts to run all over the place AOE'ing me to death. What do I do? what works for you guys?

i haven't pvp'd at lower levels, so you may not have all the spells yet, but when that happens, i try and pop a mass chain heal, then locate the enemy casting aoes, and windshear, then nuke. I have windshear on round-robin, and its awesome for people casting long channeled AOE spells. Also, if im not mistaken, doesn't lightning shield work well against aoe?

I think the mage is just using arcane explosion rather than blizzard.

yes lightning shield works great against these types of attacks, just throw it up and chain heal and throw up lightning shield again and so on... The mage or priest will either kill them selves or get low and you can just flame shock them

Also, not sure which totems you have access to.

The resistance totems, especially fire and cold, can help a lot.

Air - Nature Resistance Totem
Fire - Frost Resistance Totem
Water - Fire Resistance Totem

Air - Grounding Totem is useful too, against direct spells.
Earth - Tremor on round robin, is essential against fear bombs.

No single AOE should beat your focus attack. You have 4-5 guys focusing attacking him. And he is just one guy. Eat the AOE and take him down. Don't run and try to avoid the AOE. You are NOT avoiding any damage when you run. and on top of that, you are not doing damage to him.

I would assume he gives you trouble because he runs around you avoiding your casted spells. and at the same time doing holy nova, or arcane explosion. For that, it is a facing problem. Frost shock, earth bind him if you have it. Then practice your facing.

Its ok wait till u get thunderstorm lol. That same mage wont try it then. All you do is thunderstorm drop nova he comes it gets nova thunderstorm again. Right now at such a low lvl its hard to do anything to that kind of aoe. Also like said earthbind works awesome and you said u had a pally. Doesnt pally have a stun. Thats all you need stun root do earth shock or flame shock or frost shock times four then completely silence him windshear rotation. Once you silence and do that to him once hell be weary and not come into close to you then. Its all on slowing them do and silencing them.
