    Default Battlenet Accounts

Have they fixed the authenticator issue when logging in multiple accounts at the same time with battlenet accounts?

I haven't upgraded due to this bug, i just log in with username/pw for each account but my auth code works fine on all accounts the first try.

I haven't upgraded either, but I'm thinking of opening up multiple google email accounts, one for each one.

I've created five brand new email address with my service provider.
I then created five new B.Net accounts, using the email addresses as account names.

Blizzard sent the confirmation email for the first four immediately.
Due to spam protection or something, the 5th email had to wait a day for it to receive a confirmation email.
So you wouldn't want to wait until the last day to do this.

I have not actually added any of my game accounts to the B.Net accounts yet.
No real reason not to, but the game works as is, and I could care less about a non-combat pet.

Going with 5 B.Net accounts, means losing all the new functionality of merging all the accounts together.
It also means, one authenticator code can get all accounts into the game at once.

On the off chance that one code will become valid for only one log in, even across multiple B.net accounts, I've ordered more authenticators.
In the event that this never occurs, they're fairly cheap.
If they were to do this, then with PiP swaps and 5 authenticators, one could get into the game in 30-60 seconds.
Which still beats a 30 second delay which you cannot ever get rid of (while still using the authenticator), per account beyond the first.

ive been doing it for about a month now, havent had any issues. i think some people forget that the generated code can only be used ONCE per b.net account, and not once across all accounts. idk if this is the case, but its the only issue i ran into with it.

besides, even if there is occasional issues, youre gonna have to do it anyways. that or find a new game to waste your time playing...

i think the best way is to link alll ur accounts, under one battlenet, so they have the same password, then turn on repeating w/e software u use.. type in the password that u use, shaazamm (to much work for a authenticator), just keep ur computer safe

I use an authenticator with my battle net accounts and it is a bit slower to log in. However, I prefer the extra safety.

Well, going five B.net accounts, and one authenticator.
Versus one B.net account and an authenticator.

The security is not any different.

It is still one code, which once used is no good anymore.

The only differences I can see are:
    a) You can use the one code on 5 B.Net's at once.
    b) You lose all the new features of integrated account management.

Once you have merged a wow account with a b.net account can you then move it to another b.net account?

Because if thats the case, then I will create 4 new email addresses and create 4 new b.net accounts and transfer a wow account to each of them.

that's not a bad idea, anyone know if you can move an account from Bnet account (A) to Bnet accont (B) at will?
