    Default Riddle me this, Batman

So I was in Nexus last night with my 5 paladins (1 prot, 4 ret). I was destroying Anomalus when suddenly I wasn't paying attention and left a stray nexus rift open. My paladins started taking a lot of damage, one got really low on health and I was frantically trying to heal it.

I'm mashing buttons as I see her health drop to nothing on healbot then her name blacks out (dead). I continue crushing Anomalus and was frustrated I let someone die during this fight considering how easy it was going (almost too easy, these paladins are insane!)

Anomalus gets down to about 10% and another rift opens, so I mash the follow key and run over to the rift and make quick work of it. I noticed that my dead paladin had now risen from the grave and was at ~30% health! I make a "wtf" face then lock eyes with the undead paladin and an awkward silence fills the air as my paladins stand there wondering wtf is going on (meanwhile Anomalus is smashing his Nexus fist into my face)...... anyways finish off Anomalus with all my paladins alive and healthy.

So yeah....how is that even possible? I know that there is no way that paladin did not die. She is retribution, so she doesn't have ardent defender.

The rift acted as a defibrillator imo.

    Default Healbot?

My best guess is a slight hiccup in Healbot. I've seen health levels fluctuate/disappear many times, especially on Pets, so I'm guessing that unless you confirmed it via the "I'm looking at my unit frames and it's also at 0 HP" test, then it was another healbot blip. Strange, no doubt.

Good point Accretion, since she "died" I didn't bother even glancing at my unit frames (even though they're right in front of my face, and even bigger than healbot! lol). So yeah, it could have been healbot's fault......and I didn't notice any corpses on the ground. Then again, it was pretty frantic since it was my first attempt at Anomalus with these paladins.

I like the idea of auto rezzing pallies.
I wish they could teach the trick to various members on my assorted teams.

Paladins should have a spirit of redemption on the prot tree, similar to what a priest has. It lets you keep tanking for a few seconds after death. It would allow another tank some time to get threat up before a wipe, or time to prepare for the wipe or time to finish the fight. Good idea, right?

unique thing i can think it s about somenthing related to possible addon bug: noticed strange lag/bad timing in "refresh time" in some addons about how it showing hp/mana.
maybe paladin wasnt really dead, but addon considered it in that mode.
personally not using healbot, but could depend by a similar issue.

lag spikes can have very irregular results, ive been dead/alive at different intervals before, i've died, and my ghost stood up right over my corpse, and I rezzed on the spot, without getting ported to the GY, etc etc.
