No problem about that. As a rogue you will just kill all the ghouls that will block your way as you move along.

And clear the yellow mark
[2] of the map is a gate where you can bring and leave your alts

And clear the blue mark
Always double check if your alts are getting any experience as you go further from them
After the yellow and blue mark are cleared. Get out of first gate then reset.
Just be aware of "Eyes of Naxxaramas" dialog when taking your alts from two different gates. It's kinda obvious that he will come out by listening in game.
