No problem about that. As a rogue you will just kill all the ghouls that will block your way as you move along.

Always double check if your alts are getting any experience as you go further from them
After the yellow and blue mark are cleared. Get out of first gate then reset.
Just be aware of "Eyes of Naxxaramas" dialog when taking your alts from two different gates. It's kinda obvious that he will come out by listening in game.

Also when in the Gauntlet area on the way to rivendare, they can be left in the gate/cage in there a small distance from the door, I have yet to get aggro of an eye inside there. You can kill up to about just past the banshee lady with them getting xp (never risked any farther). Couldn't tell if that was in the maps above...
