New dungeon dailies

Reading all the patch notes and updates, I was under the impression that to get the rewards for the new heroic/dungeon dailies, you had to find a group using the LFG tool. Not sure if anyone else had this impression.

I just read a blue post saying this was 'not' the case:

Q: May I create a group with 4 friends and then use the LFG interface to gain the random dungeon reward?
A: Yes. In fact, you can join it with a full group of 5 and still get the random dungeon reward. The reward is for doing a random dungeon, not necessarily for having random members.

Which seems odd since we ALREADY have a random daily Dungeon. 2, sorta.

This is basically just a change from a realm wide daily to a party wide daily. They are removing the old daily dungeon quests.
