Default 1.5 TB hard drives, so cheap now!

I love to do WoW videos -- I have one in paticular that I've been working on since July, that's been on hold until I can find someone to do voice overs with me.

Anyhow, a problem I had with fraps was running out of space -- once you get down to around 20 gigs free on a drive the frame rates show down to a crawl. Part of this is because I record at full screen for better resolution later.

Anyhow, I picked up a new 1.5 terabyte Seagate drive from New Egg for $120 (1TB are $90) -- threw it in and wow -- I recorded two full AVs just to test and never dropped below my specified 30 FPS -- so look forward to some new arena vidoes from Shamanagins

For non SSD's, the price has really come down.
You can even find 2 TB drives now, although 1.5 and 1.0 TB's are much better priced.

Once a drive gets more then 50% full it slows down.
And once its almost full it crawls.
    More space is definitely nice.
