    Default One issue, one question

    I just have to say that I'm the proud owner of 4 Keyclone licenses and that if I would reccomend a software for someone to start with it's be KC.
    But I also have to say that IS is by far the most complete and awesome solution. It has really changed my boxing. FTL Wizard, instant PiP, repeater regions just to name three are today for me a must in my boxing activity and IS has that and much more.

    I had never posted my humble thanks to both authors so I took the chance to do it .

    Now, to the issue:

    I guess it can be quite simple but have been hassling me and even "killing" me in arena. I think it all started after I setup the repeater regions. Sometimes when I change active toon it just activates mouse broadcasting (everywhere, not just repeater regions oc). If I don't notice it right away, well, it's game over since camera turning will create havoc amidst my team

    Hope someone can help.

    Thank you

    Is it the mouse broadcasting or the follow the leader? I have seen where I switch toons and they try to follow each other. Also are you using the default key(s) for key maps and broadcasting? Puzzling.

    True, it happens too. But not that often to the point of really bothering me. Not exactly like you describe, but more, the active toon (I have IS FTL) tries to follow another one and I'm not able to break follow so I have to play with follow strobe toggle. It's annoying but as I said rarer.
    And I confirm it's the mouse that broadcasts to all clients.

    When mouse broadcasting is on, everything repeats. To move with keys, the mouse broadcasting must be off. I know someone can figure things out. I might not be following the whole of what you are saying. Hmm How Rare

    Maybe I didn't explain myself correctly :

    I have bindings to both key broadcast and mouse broadcast toggle;
    I always play with key broadcast on and mouse broadcast off;
    I toggle mouse on for things like turn ins get quests, etc...

    What happens is:
    Sometimes just the fact of changing main by clicking on window or using hotkey activates mouse broadcast which is an unwanted effect.

    Have you checked thay you don't have both the repeater profile and a repeater keymap activated at once?

    I could imagine it might causs some trouble if you bind a key to toggle keyboard and mouse on two places.

    Just a suggestion.

    I think the answer to this may lie with how you are turning on mouse and keyboard broadcasting.

    Are you using the "Toggle" feature of IS or do you have it setup with an action to turn them on and a seperate action to turn them off?

    I ran into what you are describing when I was using the toggle, I would toggle to all, but if for some reason one of them got out of sync, turning broadcast on and off would keep that one out of sync. By changing my keymap action to step 1 turning it on (all clients) and step 2 turning it off (all clients) I could easily manage this.

    The only complaint I have about that now is that the steps don't stay synced between IS clients, so if I turn Mouse Broadcasting on in Client 5, switch to Client 1, mouse broadcasting is ON but I have to hit the mouse broadcast key twice to turn it off (it became second nature very quickly.)

    Using binds in ISBoxer:

    One mouse button for mouse toggle
    PAUSE for kb toggle

    Without seeing your config it's hard to say why this might happen. (Right click "ISBoxer" at the top, select Copy to Clipboard, then it can be pasted on pastebin.com for example and linked back here)

    The only thing that happens as a direct result of switching is what is configured per Slot in your Character Set, "when I switch to this character...". If it's set up to do a Mapped Key, and that Mapped Key enables Repeater, it'll enable Repeater. Otherwise pretty much impossible.
