Keyclone has a toggle button to allow you to pass your next mouse click. So you would press the button to initiate the spell cast, then you click the button to toggle clicking, then click on your main where you want the click to be on your alt, then untoggle mouse broadcasting.

Cool. I saw the checkbox that allows this in keyclone. But I didn't understand how it worked or what toggle key to press. Thanks for the info.

On second thought that seems to be a lot of work for something simple. Is there a way to toggle the check box using a button dedicated to it?
