Anyone else getting the Lag Monster?

Kind of an interesting afternoon - started out fine, did a bunch of dailies, and then headed off to SM for the Headless Horseman. Read up on the strats, felt confident. Started the event, smacked his head and butt around, got to phase 3, the punkin mobs show up...Lag Monster shows up, my team freezes...wipe.

Okay, so I know I can do the fight, so I may have to wait. I know getting in there was like a slide show, so many Horde and Alliance stuffing up the place.

Head out to clear my two Heroic bosses. Lag monster is so bad in Gundrak, I call it before I even *try* Moorabi.

Head back to Dalaran, and it's downright ridiculous. 1 fps if I'm lucky, two slaves DC from freezing. Eventually get my bags of treats (two wands, candy, blah), and head to repair and restock. Interacting with NPCs take 30s to over two minutes, the guild bank takes 2 minutes to open, transferring usually fails, it's LAG CITY.

I give up. Love the holidays, but the servers can't take it. I made some gold today, I'll take that and be done with it. Maybe things will settle down by Wednesday or so.

Love how wands are now worth money, leper gnome and pirate were going for 20g (to be turned into one) - and how rude players are being about getting HH summons. There's more cursing and rudeness and toolery over the HH summons than Brewfest, it's pathetic - and yes, there is a LOT of GearScore idiocy going on with it too. I'm in pre-Naxx gear and I got him to phase 3 with hardly any effort, but some dbags are requiring Ulduar or above for HH groups.

It's the first day of the Halloween stuff.
Pretty laggy running dailies in Icecrown.
Loot lag sucked pretty bad at times, and was just a bit slower then normal at other points.

Meh, people can require crazy gear for whatever they want. This is one of the reasons I play alone.

Also, lag was bad today.

Ahh maybe that was what caused my corpse loot to totally freeze up the toon doing it.....

It took maybe 20-30 seconds to loot on corpse... pretty annoying...

Also experienced getting attached on a toon by a mob 2 out of 5 toons could see. The rest just stood there wanking....
