It's changing my window placement when I use F keys

I don't have or want a "bring-to-top" hotkey, but whenever I push F9 or F12 it is changing which window is on top and then it basically ruined my session by piling all the windows into one section. What gives? How do I turn this off?

go to the general tab and uncheck auto-add windows titles box, if you are running vista i had this same problem and as soon as i unchecked the box it fixed it.

Thanks, but this was already unchecked. I've changed nearly every Keyclone setting, and it's not helping. I am running Vista. If I push F8-F12 it's doing this...
