Well, yes. But I think this is arguable, because for someone playing 1-2 hours a day, or 7-8h a day, the wait feels much longer for the second part, and then you really want to spend your emblems right

And for Fuzzy: I really think you should consider the totem over gloves,unless you raid and need them for hit. Because its generally 200 Haste rating 95% uptime in PVE.
