And there's the graphics.
Other than that I believe I read somewhere that Multibox didn't like Vista so that'll be it. Problem sounds like the one I heard of. Try Synergy instead.
EDIT: OK so I wasn't first to post this.. ah well, bit about the hybrid harddrive still goes, only having to turn it on for a second every few mins really helps.
