Obligatory First Full Heroic Down Post

I have been poking around picking on randon easy bosses from all over (and fixated on Gundrak's Colossus) but hadn't finished anything.

First full try. H UK down. (Group in the sig) Next time I'll keep the lock in range and it'll be even easier.

nice work - still working on my first heroic ... my tank has almost 37k hp buffed, my priest has 2000 sp and my mages do about 2k dps ... what are your numbers looking like?

Buffed:
My tank is at 29.4k
My priest has about 2k
and most of my dps is below 2k.

Awesome - thanks! I remember UK normal destroying me when I first came to northrend, so I haven't ever tried it. I can't believe you did this without ANY shamans in your team! And you didn't even have a shaman! (OMIGOSH!!!) (i'm not bitter)

I've done this on normal now, so I'm mildly familiar with the way the fights go - but any particular strategies you used for the bosses?

No, I didn't use any strategies really. I don't think that I overgear the instance at all but I was able to ignore some aspects of the fights (thank god)

Prince: I came in from the left and stacked my group right behind the tank. When skellies came in i made sure to Holy Wrath to stop them , grab them. MOST IMPORTANT: I added /target frost tomb to the top of a "fast" dps macro. this made them switch right to the frost tomb when it was cast.

Skarvald & Dalronn: I just burned the casted and then burned the big guy. Nothing fancy.

Ingvar: I spread everyone out at max range. I tried to dodge his smash but I could never manage that tanking solo. I quickly gave up trying to stop casting to avoid silence from the roar and dispel woeful strike and tried to keep everyone up and dps him. Even eating the damage I was able to get him. This is where I was shocked I could ignore some aspects.

Thank god. I as getting very frustrated. I will down the Colossus, and Eck next. I will.
