Raigirin, that's nQuestLog. I don't think it's been updated recently, I had to make some edits to the files to get it to work.

You can try the one on Curse, someone also posted a "fixed" one in the comments. If you're ok with editing the .lua files yourself, these are the changes you might have to make {that's my post, so I know those changes work}. Or, if you want I can zip up mine and send you a copy of my corrected one.

Edit - By the way, the questlog does collapse, I usually have it showing only active quests in my current zone. I had it fully expanded to look at all my dailies. Normally it's about half as big as my chat window.
