Why does everyone assume this was an intended buff to elemental? Maybe there was a blue that I missed (totally possible).

Its a nice new option for PVE for all specs, more situational for elemental than enhancement but more opportunities to do damage is good.

And I dont see how / why they would remove the GCD from it.

Enhancement DPS is a lot better than Elemental at the moment (still not high, comparatively, but better than Ele), so I don't see why Blizzard would intentionally buff it and ignore Ele. Then again, I always make the mistake of thinking Blizzard patches should make sense
