Default New Poll: what software key replication software do people use

What software key replication tool do people use - new poll as I didn't have enough options on the old one and the results were unclear

If you select any of the 'other' options could you please post what you use.

Other - PC should read Other - Windows

These are the kind of responses I'm interested in as you've tried KC but moved to something else. So why HKN/ISBoxer over Keyclone? Is part of that the license?

The main reason I switched from keyclone to hkn is better mouse broadcasting support

also I'm a sucker for scripting languages and total control

I started with KC and switched to HKN. I switched because I was interested in mouse broadcasting that KC did not support very well at the time. I also liked the idea that once I made a good script for myself it was easy to modify for new groups, or even computer changes. I travel a lot and use a work laptop and a personal slimline pc with a hotel tv as a monitor usually. The ability to use several machines without buying a key or dealing with transfers everytime I got a new laptop was a serious benefit as well.

Scripting is a personal hobby of mine, which also made HKN attractive, but for a purely personal reason, so I would have to say it's a reason I stay with HKN but not a reason I left KC.

Anything free is nice, but KC, IS/ISBoxer, and GCP all provide a product worth way more than you pay, so while key requirements were a consideration the cost was not.

I moved from Keyclone to HKN because mouse broadcasting never worked right in Keyclone and was really hurting my warlock and boomkin, and HKN also allowed me to set up mouseover healing/curing.

I also have a current Innerspace sub, but I just don't have any interest in adding more recurring subscriptions to my credit card.

HotKeyNet from the beginning... I love the control you have when you write your own script =)

I started with HKN but found it was hard to get FTL and my mind to act alike. Also it seemed like I was always writing macros.
Tested GCP and IS. GCP was easy but seems to like macros. IS I only have to set the action bars for a toon and there it goes. I have been able to run a Quick Wizard set up in 45 seconds ( I type slow) . Most everything I need for now.
RAF Tour Guide files are obsolete, I went to Zygor
