So I was just wondering what some of you PvP boxers would suggest I do to get better at multi-boxing PvP. I realize there are many obvious answer, but I am looking for those not so obvious ones. :P

Roger.
Just make sure I am heading the right way. I am:
(duh) Doing a ton of AV and such to get the general feel down.
Doing tons of duels, because I haven't played ele since 60, and I suck 1v1.
Getting gear, so I don't bash my head into the wall as much. The bleeding is starting to stop. Though when I start to read BG chat, my eyes start to bleed.
On the thought process of getting good 1v1, how do you and other handle it? I don't think I will have enough key bindings to be able to do it all... (I am only using 1 keyboard, lol.) I mean hell... you need all the shocks, most of the totems, and then rank 1's for most all your stuff also. Do you have separate bars that you can scroll to fast if you have to 1v1, or maybe just really good bindings? Here I was thinking warlock was the class with the most buttons to mash, and yet, even with most all of my totems being handled by 4 macros, I bearly have room for all this stuff... I am worried I will have to make sacrifices and cut corners on buttons and macros....
Aside from specific details which are usually match-up dependent, there is nothing that isn't obvious.
Try using modifiers on your skills. You can hold shift for rank 1 spells.
Kaegro/Unilia/Zaele's
What 5s partner would you suggest with low gear? Im like 215 resil 600dmg atm.
I was thinking (and doing) a Warrior. He runs in, MS, then pops his Fear, and I go to town, b/c most teams focus on him, now me, so I get the chance to burn people.
A healer just seems dumb atm when all I do is die in 4 hits from a full S3 warrior, which is what I end up facing, full S3 teams.... at 1300.... It's quite fun....
I've played a lot with both a full S3 and full S3/T6 Paladin and I can say that the Pally hands down was superior... Skill was about equal, but I think that Pally has the better synergy with what a 4x Shaman is trying to achieve: Quickly turn the game into a 5v4 where one of their DPS is dead (Hopefully one with the healing debuff).

1. Do lots and lots of PVP. BGs, Arena, Duels, World PVP. Everything you can to learn the abilities of other classes and what the effective counters are.
2. Get better gear (which is a side-effect of no. 1).
3. Use keybinds instead of clicking. You need to be able to hit the keys without looking at your keyboard or your action bars (infact, remove those). I fail at this
I'm a BG scrub I both hate and suck at arena but I love BGs and world PVP. But I am sooooo much better than I was when I started. It's all down to item no. 1.
